Cancellation policy:
- The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge until the arrival date.
- In case of early departure, notice must be given 48 hours before the new departure date. Otherwise, a penalty equivalent to one night's accommodation will be applied.

- If Hotel Hispano is contracted by a company, company, travel agency or association and it does not make payment, the guest will be responsible for covering the costs.
- Hotel Hispano has the right to charge a daily accommodation fee, extra consumption and other services provided to the guest.

- Furthermore, the Hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuable objects in its facilities (rooms, lobby, bar, etc.) that have not been declared by the guest at the time of entry. All rooms have a safe for your belongings.

- All children are welcome.
- Children under 3 years old stay free of charge in their parents' room.

The guest agrees to vacate the room according to the date stipulated on the form. In case of non-compliance, Hotel Hispano has the right to vacate the room and transfer the guest's luggage or objects to a storage room without any claim. Hotel Hispano reserves the right of admission and stay.

The guest agrees to pay the full amount of the services provided, regardless of who makes the reservation (company, company, travel agency or association).
